It is designed to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery. This cookie does not contain any information about the user. It is automatically removed when you close the browser.

A persistent cookie that is activated when you consent to the use of cookies by the e-service. This cookie is stored for one month, and you are not asked the same question about consent when you visit the website again during this period.
