Men and children under the age of 15 years must visit a Doctor at a Physical Clinic in order to provide a urine culture sample and be examined in the event of a Urinary Tract Infection being suspected. If you have a fever at the same time as a urinary tract infection, irrespective of age and gender, you must attend an Emergency Room.
If you do not have a fever but have symptoms of a Urinary Tract Infection, are a man/are pregnant or are a child under 15 years of age, you must attend the Urgent Care Center or Health Center, depending on the time of day, or whoever can offer you an appointment as quickly as possible as a urine culture test is important prior to treatment.
If you have a fever and symptoms of a Urinary Tract Infection, you should be examined on the same day, whether at an Urgent Care Center or an Emergency Room.
